Gio had a phase where he'd watch sappy romance films for girls he liked and force the entire family to endure it with him. He'd sit everyone down and refuse to let them watch anything else until The Notebook had finished its full 123-minute runtime. He made them buy The Fault in Our Stars on DVD so he could discuss the cancer romance with girls at school. Gio was the original performative male feminist.
